With over 2,500 selections spanning 18 countries and a remarkable four-centuries, our wine cellar is testament to our passion for the craft of winemaking and the talent of our sommeliers.

Designed to cater for all levels and tastes, our hundred-page wine list has been awarded the prestigious Wine Spectator Grand Award – one of only 90 worldwide. We’re committed to representing the rich diversity of wines from both heritage vineyards and up-and-coming producers and our innovative Coravin wine preservation system allows guests to experience rare and inaccessible vintages by the glass.

Our cocktail list has been created with the same care and dedication, with a special focus on non-alcoholic options.

To most people our extensive wine list can seem a little daunting, but our experienced and friendly sommeliers are on hand to offer recommendations based on your tastes and budget. It’s all part of the service and a passion for hospitality which flows through every element of every meal. The team, many of which have been with us for years, are very proud of everything we’ve achieved at Clos Maggiore and continually strive to ensure every guest has a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Chablis Unveiled: A Vertical Journey with Billaud-Simon

Join us for an exceptional evening exploring the unique expressions of the Chablis region through the wines of one of its most acclaimed producers: Domaine Billaud-Simon. Known for precision, purity, and site-driven elegance, Billaud-Simon offers a compelling lens through which to understand the complexities and varying styles of Chablis. Guiding the evening is Mark Bingley, Master of Wine, one of only 420 Masters of Wine in the world. A founding member of Maisons Marques et Domaines, Mark serves as Fine Wine Director, overseeing the selection, presentation, and communication of MMD’s most prestigious wines. With over 30 years as a Master of Wine and as Chair of the Events & Tastings Committee for the Institute of Masters of Wine, he brings deep insight and passion to every bottle he presents.

The Highlight: Rare Vertical Tasting Guests will enjoy a vertical tasting of Chablis Premier Cru, tracing the evolution of this iconic white wine across multiple vintages. The evening culminates with a grand expression of Chablis Grand Cru, offering a bold, age-worthy counterpoint to the Premier Cru selection.

Held in our beautifully appointed dining room, where wood-panelled walls and a blossomed ceiling set the tone for an unforgettable evening, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to taste and dine in exceptional company. As autumn nears, the ambiance is elevated by crackling log fires and candlelight, a fitting backdrop for wines of such stature.

About the Event

Guests are invited to arrive between 6:30 and 6:45pm, with dinner commencing promptly at 7pm. Each course is designed to perfectly complement the outstanding wines selected for the evening
