With over 2,500 selections spanning 18 countries and a remarkable four-centuries, our wine cellar is testament to our passion for the craft of winemaking and the talent of our sommeliers.

Designed to cater for all levels and tastes, our hundred-page wine list has been awarded the prestigious Wine Spectator Grand Award – one of only 90 worldwide. We’re committed to representing the rich diversity of wines from both heritage vineyards and up-and-coming producers and our innovative Coravin wine preservation system allows guests to experience rare and inaccessible vintages by the glass.

Our cocktail list has been created with the same care and dedication, with a special focus on non-alcoholic options.

To most people our extensive wine list can seem a little daunting, but our experienced and friendly sommeliers are on hand to offer recommendations based on your tastes and budget. It’s all part of the service and a passion for hospitality which flows through every element of every meal. A Taste Of Tuscany Querciabella Wine Dinner

A Vertical Exploration of Camartina & Batar, September 23rd, 2025

A jewel of biodynamic winemaking in Tuscany, Querciabella has long stood at the intersection of innovation and heritage. Founded in 1974 and rooted in Chianti Classico, the estate is celebrated for its uncompromising commitment to quality, sustainability, and the pursuit of finesse across its range. Querciabella’s wines especially the iconic Camartina and Batar represent the pinnacle of Italian elegance, expressive of both site and soul.

This exclusive evening will be hosted by Giorgio Fragiacomo, Export Director at Querciabella, whose deep knowledge and passion for the estate will guide us through the wines and their stories. As the voice behind Querciabella’s global presence, Giorgio brings a fresh perspective to one of Italy’s most revered wineries.

The Highlight: Two Rare Vertical TastingsThe evening will feature vertical tastings of Camartina - a cult-classic Super Tuscan and Batar - one of the most extraordinary white wines of Italy. Guests will have a rare opportunity to experience the evolution of these outstanding expressions over multiple vintages.

Held in our beautifully appointed dining room, where wood-paneled walls and a blossomed ceiling set the tone for an unforgettable evening, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to taste and dine in exceptional company. As autumn nears, the ambiance is elevated by crackling log fires and candlelight, a fitting backdrop for wines of such stature.

About the Event Querciabella

The exclusive event begins at 6.30pm with an introduction to the Emilia Marinig. This will be followed by a curated dinner at 7.00 pm. Each course is designed to perfectly complement the outstanding wines selected for the evening.
